Returns

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery where the item is unused, unopened and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used travel pillows, sleep masks, blankets and wearable accessories may not be returnable unless faulty.

Faulty items will be handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.
